Your credit/debit card information will not be released by Mon Tresor or its banking partner to any other party, without your express consent. However, such information may be disclosed if so required under any law for the time being in force or if required under any order of a Court of law.

RETURN POLICY

All our products are checked thoroughly before dispatch. We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless:

You have received an incomplete/wrong order. Incase of an incomplete/wrong order sent by us we will replace the order with the correct products.

If the product has a manufacturing defect. (Bend, crack, or chipped). Please note we use semi-precious stones and cultured Pearls which at times may have slight discoloration or asymmetry because that’s how they are by nature and it’s not a manufacturing defect.

Incase of a manufacturing defect we can either offer a replacement product or a credit note.

REPLACEMENT AND RETURN PROCESS

To be eligible for a replacement/return:   

Please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your product to online@montresor.co.in Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo of the product. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags / packaging box, pouch and allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you.

Please do not dispatch the products from your end till our team gets back to you. Once our team has contacted you regarding your replacement/return request, you will be asked to keep the shipment ready. Make sure to put the original invoice/ tags / packaging box, pouch in the parcel. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you to collect the shipment.

On receipt of the product in original condition, we will intimate you via email / call and if a refund is applicable then the same will be initiated in 5 to 7 working days.

Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if the return request is made outside the specified time frame or if the product is returned without the original invoice/tags / packaging box, pouch.

SALE ITEMS

Any items purchased during a flash/clearance sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

CANCELLATION

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location. You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.
